1. Order Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 1–2 business days
- Orders are not processed on Sundays or public holidays
2. Delivery Time
- Estimated delivery time: 5–12 business days across India
- Remote areas may take 2–5 extra days
3. Shipping Charges
- Free Shipping on all prepaid orders (recommended)

4. Order Tracking
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID via SMS/Email/WhatsApp
- Tracking may take 24–48 hours to update
5. Delays
Delivery may be delayed due to:
- High order volume
- Weather conditions
- Courier partner issues

6. Cash on Delivery (COD)
- COD is available on selected orders
- We may confirm orders via call/WhatsApp before shipping
- Orders not confirmed may be cancelled
7. Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery
- If you provide an incorrect address, we are not responsible for delivery failure
- Re-shipping charges may apply
8. Undelivered / RTO (Return to Origin)
- If an order is not accepted or delivered and returns to us:
- COD orders may be restricted for future purchases
- Re-shipping will require prepaid payment
9. Partial Deliveries
- If your order contains multiple items, they may be shipped separately
- You will receive separate tracking details
